Chapter 55

Karan was busy fixing the lights, slowly, with full focus. He was humming something under his breath, totally immersed in his work. But Anu had been watching him with growing irritation. She tapped her foot, arms folded, and finally called out. “Oyye… function aaj raat ko hai… next month nahi! Can you make it a little faster?”

Karan looked up, a wide, amused smile playing on his lips. He wasn’t offended at all—in fact, her irritated tone made him grin even more. “Ab tum aise samne khadi rahogi toh… mera kaam me man kaise lagega..” he said, pretending to be helpless as he admired her face like it was a painting.

The rest of the gang burst out laughing, enjoying the silly flirting. Anu, trying to stay annoyed, rolled her eyes again. But she couldn’t stop her cheeks from turning red. No matter how cheesy Karan was, she had started loving how he always had eyes only for her. His undivided attention made her feel special, something she never expected to feel again.

Shweta and Nisha were working on their side of the decorations but had clearly noticed Karan’s shameless flirting. They exchanged a glance and shook their heads.

“Karan… tum dono ki lovey-dovey baatein baad mein karoge please? Abhi kaam karo..” Ranbir said loud enough for everyone to hear. Anu froze for a second, caught off guard by the direct comment, while Karan just winked at her, enjoying her discomfort.

Shweta looked at him in disbelief. “You are shameless… you know that…”

“I do… so?” Karan replied with a proud grin that made everyone laugh again.

Nisha looked at them and smiled as she softly sang, “Jahan teri yeh nazar hai… meri jaan mujhe khabar hai…”

“Shut up…” Anu and Karan said together, both now fully red in the face.

Mayank, who had been managing everything and getting more stressed by the minute, couldn’t take it anymore. “Guys… please back to work… we don’t have time..” he shouted, trying to pull everyone back to reality.

Ankita, who was sitting nearby with a dramatic sulk on her face, pouted and said, “Yeh Shehnaaz ki bachhi… humari party kharab ki thi… aur iski party ke wajah se main parlour bhi nahi ja sakti…”

Anu laughed and teased, “But… kuch bhi bolo… teri party mein maza bahot aaya tha… woh kaunsa song tha… volume kar… papa jag jayega…”

Ankita jumped up and yelled, “Sab ke sab… kamine ho tum log!” making Ranbir laugh hard as he pulled her cheeks. Mayank just sighed and shook his head at the madness around him.

In the middle of all this fun, Nisha stood quietly, watching everyone with a soft smile. But behind that smile, her eyes had started to shine with unshed tears. “Kitna pyaara hota hai na pyaar…” she said softly, her voice full of emotion.

Everyone nodded in agreement. But only Ranbir noticed the pain hiding behind her words. Something inside him stirred, something that had been silent for too long.

Nisha turned around to quietly go to the washroom. She didn’t want anyone to see her cry. But just as she took a step, she felt someone grab her wrist. Surprised, she turned—and was suddenly pulled into a tight, warm hug.

It was Ranbir. Without saying a word, he wrapped his arms around her tightly. She was shocked for a second, but then slowly melted into his embrace, her heart thudding. Around them, everything went silent.

“Please don’t go away…” Ranbir whispered, his breath warm against her neck. His voice trembled slightly, as if he was afraid she’d disappear.

He had always known she loved him. He never loved her back, not the way she wanted, not when his heart still longed for Shehnaaz. But she had been there. Always. Through everything. And now the thought of her leaving filled him with fear.

Nisha’s eyes welled up with fresh tears, but this time, they were of contentment. He had finally said the words her heart had waited so long to hear. She held him tighter. No, she could never leave him. Even when he was in love with someone else, she had stayed. And she still would.

Anu watched the two with teary eyes and a smile. Karan noticed her silence and came up behind her, wrapping his arms around her gently. She tried to move away, a little embarrassed, but he didn’t let her go.

“It’s okay Anu… I’m there…” he whispered softly near her ear. He knew her fears. He knew she was scared to feel again.

“You will never leave me, right…” Anu whispered, her voice shaking. “I will not be able to bear another heartbreak…”

Karan hugged her tighter, as if to take all her pain away. “I will never… I promise, love…” he said with all the honesty in his heart.

Ankita, seeing her friends getting emotional one by one, decided to break the mood with her usual drama. “Achha hai… sab ek dusre ko hug karo… mujhe koi hug nahi kar raha…” she said, pouting again.

Mayank rolled his eyes and pulled her into his arms without a word. Anu, Nisha, and Ranbir followed, and soon they were all locked in a warm, joyful group hug. Laughter and love filled the room. It was one of those rare moments that stayed in the heart forever.

Shehnaaz was sitting quietly, arms folded, watching Sidharth out of the corner of her eye. And she just knew it. From his expressions, his tone, even the way he was driving—shopping was coming.

She turned towards him, annoyed. Sidharth glanced at her innocently. “Ab maine kya kiya?” he asked, trying to sound like he had no idea what she was thinking.

“Maine aapke saare bank accounts seal kara dene hai..” she replied with a fake pout. Sidharth looked at her, amused. “What? And why?”

“Kyunki abhi mujhe shopping nahi karni… mere paas bahut saare new dresses hain already…” she grumbled, looking away like a kid.

Sidharth chuckled at her cuteness and pulled her gently into a hug from behind. “Achha baba… batao meri jaan ko kya karna hai?”

Shehnaaz looked at him from the corner of her eyes, half-suspicious and half-impressed by his sweetness. “Jo main kahungi… woh aap karoge?”

He rubbed her cheek softly with his thumb. “Haan mera bachha…”

Her face lit up instantly. She almost bounced on the seat. “Toh fir mujhe movie dekhni hai!”

Sidharth smiled and pulled her close. “Fine… I will book the tickets right away.”

He quickly booked a show she liked, and the moment he confirmed it, Shehnaaz clapped like a little child and grinned happily. Sidharth looked at her glowing face and couldn’t stop himself from smiling too.

“Movie ke liye abhi der hai… tab tak kuch shop kar le…” he suggested carefully. He knew she didn’t enjoy shopping, but today was different. A designer had prepared a special outfit just for her, and he needed her to try it on.

Shehnaaz made a baby face and put her arms around his neck. Sidharth sighed.

“Just one dress, baby… you don’t have to do anything. I’ll choose it.”

She gave a dramatic sigh and finally agreed. Her fake grumble made him chuckle, and he gave her a soft kiss on the forehead as he drove them to the store.

He had asked the designer to place the chosen dress among a few others so Shehnaaz wouldn’t get suspicious. But the moment she saw it, she stopped. It was gorgeous—clearly meant for a function.

“Yeh toh function outfit hai… leke kya fayda…” she frowned.

Sidharth almost bit his tongue, trying to think fast. “Yeah, I know… there’s going to be a big party in office next month. You can wear it then…”

She lit up in excitement and nodded. Sidharth sighed in relief.

When she came out after trying it on, he went silent. His throat went dry. She looked so stunning that it made his heart skip a beat. No makeup, no jewellery—just her and that beautiful dress. She looked divine.

He quickly looked away, trying to calm the storm inside him. If he let go of his control now, the movie plan would be ruined. He asked her to change and rushed to get the billing done while Shehnaaz watched him with curious eyes, wondering what made him so quiet all of a sudden.

Later, when they reached the theatre, Shehnaaz noticed something odd. There was no one else. Just the two of them.

She turned to look at Sidharth, and he already knew she was going to glare. He didn’t meet her eyes and pretended to be innocent. He had arranged for the whole hall to be empty. He couldn’t risk getting snapped with her—not with the media always hungry for gossip.

Shehnaaz couldn’t stay mad. She reached out and pulled his cheeks like he was the cutest thing on earth. Sidharth turned red with embarrassment, but deep down, he was happy. Her laughter, her childlike joy—he could give her the world for that.

Sidharth had seen a lot in life, but what he wasn’t prepared for… was someone pulling his cheeks like that. He looked at her, completely stunned. “Ye kya kar rahi ho…” he asked, clearly baffled.

But Shehnaaz, being her usual playful self, giggled as she pulled his cheek once again. “My shona cutie…” she cooed teasingly.

Sidharth looked utterly horrified at the new nickname. “No ways…” he exclaimed, like he had just heard the most outrageous thing ever.

Shehnaaz gave him a smirk, loving every second of his reaction. “Yes ways…” she said confidently.

Poor Sidharth didn’t have much of a defense left. His expressions changed instantly as he made a baby face, surrendering to her childish charm. “No jaan…” he whined softly.

“Yes jana…” Shehnaaz replied cheekily, giggling even more.

Sidharth shook his head and suddenly bent forward, pulling her into his lap. A victorious smirk appeared on his face when he saw that familiar blush spread across her cheeks. There it was—her innocence, glowing in the middle of her mischief. “Don’t forget who has the power, girl…” he whispered teasingly. His thumb gently brushed against her lower lip, pulling it down in a slow, teasing motion.

Shehnaaz gasped, her breath hitching as her eyes widened. That one touch made her heart race and her thoughts scatter. Flustered and breathless, she immediately buried her face in his chest to hide her nervousness.

While the movie played on the big screen, Sidharth wasn’t paying attention to any of it. His focus was completely on the girl sitting in his lap. Shehnaaz, on the other hand, was lost in the story unfolding in front of her—until one emotional scene broke her completely.

On screen, the lead couple were forced to part ways. It was tragic, painful, and full of sorrow. And it hit Shehnaaz hard. Too hard.

Without a word, she tightened her hold around Sidharth and rested her head in the crook of his neck. Her body trembled slightly, and before he could ask, he felt the warmth of her tears soaking through his shirt.

Sidharth’s heart clenched. “Shehnaaz… jaan… kya hua?” he asked in a worried voice, gently rubbing her back.

She shook her head quickly, not wanting to talk, and hid her face deeper into his neck. He could feel her shoulders quivering. Within moments, his shirt was damp with her tears, and he felt an overwhelming guilt settle inside his chest. She had cried. On her birthday. That thought alone broke him.

He cupped her tear-stained face, gently tilting it towards him. Without saying anything, he began kissing her cheeks one by one, wiping away her tears with the softest touch. Between kisses, he whispered calming words, trying to distract her, to make her feel safe again.

And then, amidst those quiet tears, Shehnaaz softly mumbled against his neck, her voice full of fear, “Mujhe nahi rehna aap ke bina…”

Those words shattered Sidharth completely. No, he couldn’t take this. Not on her birthday. Not on any day.

His heart refused to see her this broken. Without thinking, he leaned forward and captured her trembling lips in his, giving her a kiss that was both gentle and reassuring. It was filled with a silent promise—that he was there, and he wasn’t going anywhere.

Shehnaaz didn’t resist. She gave in completely, letting the kiss wash over her pain. That kiss became her anchor. The fear, the worry of losing him—all of it melted slowly under the warmth of his lips.

The scene from the movie had triggered her deepest insecurities. For a brief moment, her mind believed that someday, she might lose him… and the pain was unbearable.

But then came his kiss. His touch. His presence.

Sidharth kissed her again, resting his forehead against hers. “Kuch nahi hoga jaan… it’s just a movie, baba…”

Shehnaaz nodded slowly, looking at him with innocent eyes, still sniffing lightly. Sidharth pecked her lips once more and cupped her cheeks.

“Look at me. I don’t want you to ever cry… never Shehnaaz… just never.”

That promise in his voice, that pain in his eyes—Shehnaaz felt it all. She quickly nodded again, smiling just a little. She wanted to stop his heart from breaking over her tears. If her smile was the only thing he needed, she’d do anything to bring it back.

“Jana…” she whispered gently.

“Hmmm…” Sidharth responded, still holding her close.

She made a weird face and looked at him with innocent eyes. “Mujhe bhook lagi hai…”

For a moment, both stared at each other. And then… they burst into laughter. The sudden shift in mood caught Sidharth completely off guard. She had been crying just a moment ago—and now, hunger?

Sidharth chuckled, shaking his head, and kissed her forehead softly. Without another word, he picked her up in his arms and walked out of the theatre to get her some lunch.

They stood side by side now, Sidharth and Shehnaaz, as dozens of cameras flashed around them. Paparazzi surrounded them, clicking endless pictures and shouting questions from all directions.

But Shehnaaz wasn’t thinking about the press. Her heart was still lost in what Sidharth had just done for her. She had been sulking earlier when he refused to tell her where they were going. She had pestered him the whole way, but he kept silent.

And then they arrived. And Shehnaaz went completely still.

Right in front of her, a large board stood tall, cemented with pride.

“UR Foundation.”

Her eyes welled up. She turned to look at Sidharth, unable to believe it.

He gently turned her face towards him and looked deep into her eyes. “This is UR Foundation… Uttara and Ranbir Foundation. This is a small contribution to what Ranbir and Uttara did for us…”

Shehnaaz’s lips quivered. Her heart thudded loud in her chest. The sheer gravity of his gesture overwhelmed her. Unable to hold herself back, she jumped into his chest and cried. Not out of sadness—but gratitude. Love. Respect.

This time, Sidharth didn’t try to stop her tears. He let her cry. She needed to. He wanted her to let it all out and leave every pain behind.

Ranbir, standing a few feet away, looked frozen. He hadn’t known about this. Sidharth and the rest of their friends had kept it hidden. He had only known about the engagement surprise—not this.

He stood there in disbelief, unsure how to react. He never thought he had done something big enough to deserve this much love. But here it was—etched in stone. A legacy built in their name.

The paparazzi were still clicking away, whispering and wondering about the identity of the girl with Sidharth Shukla.

And then came the moment.

Sidharth placed his protective arm around Shehnaaz and said loudly, for the world to hear, “This is my honor to introduce my Love. Meet Shehnaaz Gill… daughter of Mr. Rajender Gill and future Mrs. Sidharth Shukla.”

Gasps echoed. Shehnaaz looked at him in utter shock, awe, and complete admiration. Her eyes locked with his, and all she saw was truth… and love.

Rita ji, Anu, Vicky clapped proudly. The Gill family was speechless. The way Sidharth spoke about Shehnaaz—with such honesty and authority—moved everyone.

Shehnaaz’s friends were beaming with joy while Tara stood at the back, eyes burning with jealousy. Everyone’s attention was on Shehnaaz—and Sidharth, the eldest son of the Shuklas, was claiming her publicly.

The press went wild. Every news outlet now wanted to know more about Mrs. Sidharth Shukla.

The inauguration began. Ranbir was asked to do the honors, still struggling to gather himself emotionally. Uttara’s family was there too—tears streaming down their faces.

The event continued with full energy. Reporters asked question after question—about the foundation, the name, Shehnaaz, and more.

Sidharth calmly answered everything. He explained the foundation was a tribute to their dear friends who had saved them. And yes, he confirmed his relationship with Shehnaaz publicly.

By the time the event ended, every news channel had officially announced their relationship.

Tears of joy still escaped Shehnaaz’s eyes every now and then. Finally, Sidharth found a quiet moment during the event to talk to her properly.

He sighed deeply and cupped her face, placing a loving kiss on her forehead. “Ab bas bachha…” he said softly as he gently wiped her tears.

“Aap ne ye sab…? Kab… kaise…?” she whispered, unable to form full sentences.

He smiled and wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her close. “They almost sacrificed their lives for us… this is the least we could do. It’s from both of us. You will lead this foundation. I’ll be there. Maa will help you too.”

Shehnaaz nodded like an obedient child and buried her face into his chest. It was her way of saying she didn’t know what else to say. Her heart was too full.

Sidharth chuckled and hugged her even tighter. “Mera bachha…” he whispered.

Suddenly, Shehnaaz lifted her head in realization. “Ohhhh… toh ab mujhe pata chala ke aaj kya special hai…”

Sidharth froze for a second. Did she figure out the real surprise? Was his plan ruined?

But Shehnaaz continued happily, “Aap ye foundation ki opening ko lekar khush the na… isliye ye sab kiya na…”

Sidharth almost thanked the heavens. He just nodded, playing along with her assumption.

The inauguration was almost coming to an end. As people slowly began wrapping up, Sidharth held Shehnaz’s hand and guided her gently back to the car. His protective instincts were on full alert as he ensured she was shielded from the glaring flashes and endless questions of the press. The paparazzi had become relentless—every step, every look, every whisper was being captured. It was starting to get under his skin.

Shehnaz sighed as she leaned against his shoulder, resting her head there with a soft smile. Her eyes closed momentarily in peace.

“Ab hum kahan ja rahe hai?” she asked, her voice soft and a little sleepy.

Sidharth looked at her calmly, his eyes warm and full of love, “Ghar ja rahe hai.”

Hearing that, Shehnaz turned her head in confusion and, in the most adorable way, rested her chin on his triceps so she could look into his face properly,”Kiske ghar? Aapke ya mere..?” she asked, her eyes searching his for an answer.

Sidharth couldn’t help but smile. There was something about her innocence that touched him every single time. Leaning in, he gently placed his palm on her cheek, brushing his thumb softly over her skin. He looked into her eyes with all the depth of his soul and whispered, “Humare.”

That one word—just one—felt like it carried the weight of a thousand promises. Shehnaaz’s breath hitched. She stared at the most handsome man in her world—the very man who owned every piece of her heart, body, and soul.

Her heart fluttered like a trapped bird. The depth of that single word—*humare*—echoed within her. It wasn’t just a house anymore, it was *their* home, *their* life, *their* journey together. That realization shook her completely—in the most beautiful way.

Without saying a word, Shehnaz dug her face into his chest, smiling like a child who had just been handed the world. Sidharth smiled, too, and wrapped his arm around her, holding her close, cocooning her safely in his embrace.

She was almost drifting off in his arms when the car came to a sudden halt. Startled, she opened her eyes and pulled away slightly. Blinking, she found Sidharth already looking at her—his gaze so full of love and affection that it made her heart skip a beat.

She rubbed her sleepy eyes, a soft pout forming on her lips, and immediately snuggled back into his chest.

Sidharth chuckled quietly at her laziness and, with one hand rubbing her back, he softly cupped her cheek and whispered, “Get up, mera bachha…”

“Offoo…” she mumbled in her usual lazy tone, still clinging to him like a baby monkey.

But as her mind slowly started waking up, her eyes suddenly widened. She blinked again, looking around through the window. Her jaw dropped open.

She realized they had stopped in front of the Shukla mansion.

And the mansion… oh my god…

Her eyes widened further as they ran across the property—every inch of it was decorated in the most royal, magical way she had ever seen. Lights adorned every pillar, every tree, every wall. Flowers lined the pathways, and shimmering curtains flowed gently in the breeze. The sight in front of her looked straight out of a dream.

Shehnaaz had seen the Shukla mansion before—but never like this. Never so breathtaking. Never so grand.

Stunned and speechless, she turned to Sidharth with wide, questioning eyes.

“Jana ye sab..?” she trailed off, eyes still darting from one corner to another, overwhelmed. “Etni sajawat..? UR Foundation ke liye..?”

Sidharth shook his head, smiling with a strange softness. A strand of her hair had fallen over her cheek during her nap, and he carefully tucked it behind her ear. Then, holding her face gently in both hands, he looked into her eyes—and kissed her.

It was soft, slow, and deeply emotional.

Her eyes fluttered shut the moment his lips touched hers. Her fingers clutched onto his shirt as her body responded to his warmth, his care.

“Jana…” a soft moan escaped her lips in surrender.

The kiss was nothing like before—it was gentle and full of reverence. As if he was worshipping her. Like he was silently telling her just how precious she was to him. That she wasn’t just loved—she was cherished. Worshipped.

He didn’t pull away for a long time. And when he did, he kept his forehead against hers and whispered, “Happy Birthday, Mishty.”

She opened her eyes slowly, still dazed by the kiss, and then… burst into laughter.

Sidharth blinked, confused.

What just happened?

He expected her to smile, maybe even cry in joy, but… laugh?

She looked at him, still giggling uncontrollably. “Aaj mera birthday nahi hai, Jana…”

His confusion only grew. “What?”

She laughed again. “Aap se kisne kaha ke aaj mera birthday hai?”

Sidharth was now worried. He was *sure* it was her birthday today. 27th January, right? Aaj 27th hi hai na? Or had he really messed up?

Shehnaaz rolled her eyes, feeling smug. “Mere birthday mein abhi waqt hai. 27th ko hai. Aur aaj toh…”

She paused, realizing she herself didn’t know the current date. Her smirk faded slightly.

“Aaj ki date kya hai?” she asked innocently.

Sidharth exhaled in relief and chuckled. This girl!

She quickly took out her phone and checked. Her eyes bulged out. Her hand flew to her mouth.

“Jan 27th…” she mumbled in disbelief.

Sidharth couldn’t resist anymore. He reached out and pulled her cheeks gently, planting a kiss on her temple, and laughed.

“And..?” he teased.

“…mera birthday hai…” she whispered, completely embarrassed. She covered her face with her palms while Sidharth laughed freely.

God, this girl had actually forgotten her *own* birthday and had almost convinced *him* too that he got the date wrong.

Shaking his head in amusement, he pulled her into his arms and kissed her right on the cupid’s bow.

“Mera bachha… Wish you a very happy birthday, love…”

Red as a tomato, Shehnaaz buried her face into his neck and muttered under her breath, “Hayy rabba…”

Sidharth grinned. Leaning in, he nuzzled his nose gently behind her ear, planting a kiss on her earlobe. “Mera toh pata nahi,” he whispered, “but *you* are surely my shona cutie…”

Shehnaaz bit her lip, trying to hide her smile, but failed. Her face turned pink, her eyes sparkled, and her heart fluttered.

Sidharth gently cupped her face and looked at her with a gaze that melted every inch of her, “I wasn’t there to wish you on your previous birthdays… but I promise, from now on, I will wish you on *every* birthday—till eternity and beyond…”

Tears filled Shehnaaz’s eyes again. Not of sadness—of overwhelming happiness. She immediately jumped into his arms, hugging him with all her might.

Smiling, Sidharth held her tight and softly began singing into her ear, “Happy birthday to you… happy birthday to you… happy birthday dear Mishty… happy birthday to you…”

His voice wasn’t professional—but it was perfect for her. That raw emotion in his voice touched her soul. She pressed a kiss right over his heart, leaving a lipstick stain on his white shirt.

“I love you, Jana…” she whispered, tears soaking her lashes.

He kissed her nose lovingly, “I love you more than that… Ab andar chale?”

She nodded happily, letting him guide her.

As they walked hand in hand, Shehnaaz looked down in surprise—the entire pathway was covered with rose petals. Fireworks suddenly lit up the sky, bursting in vibrant colors.

Excitedly, she looked up, eyes sparkling like stars, and Sidharth wrapped an arm securely around her waist.

“Ready to get in?” he asked as they reached the grand entrance.

“If this is a dream… I’m going to force you to do the same for me on *my* birthday,” she teased.

Shaking his head in amusement, Sidharth kissed her forehead. “Pagal hai mera bachha… Come on.” He extended his hand. Without hesitation, she placed hers in his, and together, they stepped inside.

As the doors opened, thunderous clapping echoed across the mansion.

Shehnaaz gasped. The entire living room was filled with people she loved—her family, close relatives, dear friends, Rita ji, Vicky, Anu, Tara, and many others she hadn’t even expected.

Each face glowed with smiles as they clapped joyfully for her.

She couldn’t believe it. She’d *forgotten* her birthday—and now she felt *glad* she had. Because this surprise… this magical moment… wouldn’t have hit the same otherwise.

Her eyes slowly moved toward Sidharth. He wasn’t looking at anyone else—just her. Only her.

She dropped her gaze shyly, her cheeks heating up.

Sidharth felt content. Her happiness, her glowing face, her stunned expressions—it was all he had wanted to see.

As Shehnaaz began to feel conscious of the crowd, Sidharth wrapped his arm protectively around her and led her forward.

In front of the elders, she bent down and touched Rita ji’s feet. Rita ji chuckled and embraced her warmly.

“Happy birthday beta… May God bless you with all the happiness.”

Shehnaaz nodded, emotionally hugging her parents too. “Happy birthday gudiya… Subah se tujhe wish karne ka kitna mann ho raha tha,” said Jasbeera ji as she pulled her daughter close.

One by one, she hugged everyone and returned to stand beside Sidharth.

Without hesitation, he leaned in and kissed her forehead in front of everyone, “Happy birthday, love.”

Staff members from Sidharth’s office were also there—because today was the day he would officially show the world the woman he loved. The future Mrs. Shukla.

Ritika stood in a corner, her eyes brimming with unshed tears. The cracks in her already broken heart deepened.

Adi, stunned by the familiar faces, suddenly connected the dots. “OMG…” he whispered in shock.

Ritika asked, trying to cover her breakdown, “Kya hua Adi sir..?”

Adi replied, “Ye wohi ladki hai… jisey Sidharth sir ne kiss kiya tha client ki wedding mein… sabke samne…”

Ritika’s voice barely escaped, “Wedding…?”

“Haan,” Adi confirmed. “A girl was kidnapped that day… I think it was Shehnaaz. Sidharth sir had gone mad. He found her and kissed her in front of everyone.”

Ritika’s face went pale. “Ohh… Seems like Sidharth sir loves her a lot.”

Adi smiled, unaware of Ritika’s inner pain. “Yaa… A little too much.”

Anu, Nisha, and Ankita came forward like mischief queens, “Hum aapki Shehnaaz ko aapse thodi der ke liye chura ke le ja rahe hai…”

Sidharth smiled knowingly. He leaned to Anu and whispered, “Engagement outfit is in the car.”

Walking over to Shehnaaz, he patted her cheek gently. She blushed crimson.

“Jaldi aana…” he whispered.

The girls giggled and took Shehnaaz away to get her ready for the next surprise.

While Sidharth went to change into something equally special for what was coming next…

Their engagement.
