Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and services, refunds are generally not provided once the order is processed or the content is accessed/downloaded. However, in the following cases, we will evaluate refund requests:

 

Accidental duplicate payments

 

Non-receipt of a promised service or product

 

Technical issues preventing access

Exceptions

Custom-written content or personalized services are non-refundable unless the issue arises from our end.
